About Us

Bombo Group 101 is a multi-disciplinary company to Five (5) subsidiaries: Bombo Properties (Pty) Ltd, Bombo Mineral Resources (BMR), Bombo Energy Solutions (BES), Bombo Agric. Limited (Ltd), and Bombo Health Limited (Ltd). It was founded by Mr. Brilliance Sibuyi (Civil Engineer - University of Johannesburg), in the year 2013 and officially registered in 2017.

Bombo Group 101 is mainly focusing on green economic development strategies for particulary Africa and Latin America, through its interests in Infrastractural Development Interventions, Mining, Energy Generation, Agriculture and Health.

Infrastractural development subsidiary that mainly focuses on Infrastractural development driven by the principles of sustainable development.

Bombo Mineral Resources (BMR)

A newly formed diversified mining and minerals division company of Bombo Group 101 that is based in South Africa and Mozambique.

Bombo Energy Solutions (BES)

An innovative energy solution company that develops, owns, operates and mantain a network of environmental Infrastracture assets critical to the green energy sector.

Bombo Agric. Limited (Ltd)

Agricultural division that is mainly focused in providing leadership to environmentally sound and economically viable agricultural practices through research, traditional & modern farming, outreach and collaboration.

Bombo Health Limited (Ltd)

The youngest of all the division companies of Bombo Group 101. This is a pharmaceutical company which discovers, develops, produces, and make pharmaceutical drugs through African Indigenous knowledge.
